Motivo de Consulta

Retracción del pezón

Historia de la enfermedad actual:

Paciente femenina de 52 años con antecedentes patológicos personales de retraso mental, epilepsia e hipertensión arterial para lo cual lleva tratamiento estable, refiere su familiar que en el 2014 inicia con cuadro clínico consistente en dolor en la mama izquierda y que al ser revisada por su familiar noto aumento de volumen de la mama y retracción del pezón, por lo que requirió manejo quirúrgico, no precisa exactamente el tipo de cirugía.

Datos Generales del Paciente

Paciente masculino de 57 años.

 

Antecedentes Patológicos Personales (APP)

Diabetes mellitus, insulino tratado de 10 años de evolución compensada al momento del ingreso, HTA, exfumador de 5 años. Amputado de MI derecho hace 1 año por enfermedad vascular periférica arterial complicada. Ingreso por dolor lumbar que se irradia a FID y se irradia a miembro inferior homolateral. Imposibilidad de caminar. Síntomas generales.
